Automated Logic provides the comprehensive Building Automation System which includes HVAC controls, lighting controls, utility pumps controls, water level management systems, boiler controls, ventilation controls and electrical parameter monitoring. It also interfaces with various third party systems like Fire Alarm System, Generator, Central Battery System, UPS and any other open protocol based systems.
Sensors monitor temperature, humidity, the number of people in a room, lighting levels, and other parameters. This data is sent from the sensors to centralised controllers.
This component serves as the BAS's "brain." It gathers data from the sensors before sending commands to HVAC units, lighting systems, security alarms, and other connected components.
When the controller gives a command, actuators and relays respond by acting in accordance with the requirements. They can, for example, lower or raise the temperature in a specific area of the building, dim lights in vacant offices, or switch on the air conditioning before people arrive at work.
The BAS communicates in a language that is understood by all of the system's components. The most used protocols are BACnet and Modbus.
The terminal interface is where users can interact with the BAS. It displays information so that users may monitor the building's condition or manually override settings.
